I want to give a huge round of applause to each and every one of you for auditioning for the Wizard of Oz today. Your courage, enthusiasm, and talent are truly remarkable. It takes a lot of guts to get up there and show the world what you've got, and you all did it with flying colors.

Remember, whether you get a role or not, today was about taking a chance and believing in yourselves. You are all winners for trying, and we couldn't be prouder of your efforts. Keep dreaming big, keep believing in your abilities, and never stop reaching for the stars.
