What is Restart a Heart Day?
Restart a Heart Day is an initiative developed and launched by the European Resuscitation Council in 2013, to teach members of the public how to help restart the heart of someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest. This year, for the first time, it will be a GLOBAL event.
Restart a Heart Day has become an annual life-saving event to encourage mass CPR awareness training on a global scale!
St. Patrick’s Legamaddy are delighted to be involved this year. A group of parents will be attending a training course this evening (Tue 16th Oct) to learn some basic life saving skills and CPR with Miss Nugent
