Primary 1 loved Pancake Tuesday (1st Mar 2022)

Today we had a great day in Primary 1. We mixed flour, eggs and milk together in a big bowl.

We used a sieve and a whisk to make our mixture. Miss Nugent poured this into a pan and fried them up. 

We then chose some of our favourite toppings on them: sugar / lemon / syrup / cream / marshmallows
