P1 WELCOME SOME NEW CHICKS TO THEIR CLASSROOM

We were so lucky today to welcome some chicks to our world in P1. Damien Tumelty brought us in an incubator full of eggs and before 9am, three chicks had hatched.

Just before lunch, there was another chick and a duck!!!!

The children all witnessed this and were blown away!!!! We will mind and protect these wee chicks for a few days and monitor their development!!!
