P1 celebrate Grandparents Day 2025

What a HUGE success Grandparents morning was. Primary 1 had the best fun this morning, welcoming our grandparents to the school - as part of Catholic Schools Week 2025.

We started off in the hall with some messy hand printing art, some colouring in and read some stories. Then it was time for snack, yummy buns and scones and a cuppa tea!

Back down to the classroom for a song and wee presentation from everyone. They had to stand up and talk about their grandparents for a few minutes and they were all amazing!!! We presented them with the artwork we have been working on and hen headed outside to take a selfie.

Thank you god for our grandparents. They are a special part of our loves. They teach, they care and they love.
