NI Water Workshop
17th Jan 2024
Today we had the pleasure of a vist from Pat McCauley, NI Water's Educational officer. Pat gave the children the most fantastic talk regarding our water usage and the importance of limiting the amount of plastics that we use. These plastics, as Pat mentioned, can very often end up in rivers, causing catastrophic damage to wildlife, which in turn affects our water quality.
The children each received a water bottle that they can reuse and fill with the filtered water we have here at school.
This will ensure they limit their need for plastic water bottles from the shop.
