Making model boats.

Primary Three have had great fun over the last couple of days. They have been learning about buoyancy and how it is the force that allows boats to float. We discussed the importance of boat design in ensuring they stay afloat and carry weight. After dividing them into small groups and providing them with various materials for making their boat models, they sketched a design for their boat on paper and then constructed their models.
