Houses and Homes

This term our new topic is ‘Houses and Homes’. We will be learning about types of houses, what houses are made from, houses from around the world and houses from the past and now. Yesterday we started our play based learning activities. Our four activities included making pic collages to show different houses, making furniture out of play dough for a house, building houses from wooden blocks and during role play the boys and girls were estate agents and customers looking to buy houses. We had lots of fun and looking forward to learning more through play and during World Around Us.
