On Wednesday 19th of June, we are delighted to have been invited to a fun day of fitness along with three other local primary schools, as part of our Extended Schools Cluster. The school has paid per child for this event so there will be no charge on the day. Parents / guardians are most welcome to come along!!
This event is organized by Jenny Fitzsimons and her team, from Downpatrick Sports Centre, and we look forward to participating as a whole school.
Arrangements are:
- School Bus children will be dropped off and collected from the pitch (3pm bus will not run)
- All other children to be dropped off between 8.45am - 9am and collected again at 2pm
- No buddies or afterschool clubs will be running this day
- Children will need a snack and packed lunch (plenty of drinks!). Children who receive free school meals – will be provided with a lunch
Children to wear appropriate footwear and sporting clothes. (Please apply suncream or send a coat - weather depending)
