Lecale and Downpatrick Area 9-a-side Tournament

Today at Ardtole GAA Playing Fields the East Down & Lecale Area Tournament was held with schools taking part from Legamaddy, St Nicholas’ , Ballynahinch, Saul, Teconnaght, Loughinisland and Aughlisnafin.

Well done to all schools for their great sportsmanship, wonderful skill and work throughout.

Our boys won three of their games and should be very proud of their performance today. It certainly was thrilling to watch.

Thanks to St Nicholas for organising and for all involved in Ard Ghlais CLG, Ardglass GAC for their facilities and providing referees.

We look forward to the girls tournament in a few weeks time.
