Cooking demonstration

Today we welcomed Patricia McClean from Livestock and Meat Commission for a cooking demonstration. She discussed importance of a balanced diet and sleep and then cooked a lovely Balsamic Beef and Tomato Ragu and we all got to taste it. The children thought it was the best they’d ever tasted. They all received a lovely book with activities and some recipes to try at home. Thanks so much Patricia for sharing your knowledge with us all.
