Welcome to Primary 2............ And what a bunch of super stars we are!

Our teacher is Miss Annett and our wonderful classroom assistants are Mrs Teggart and Mrs Rogan. 

Our topic this term is Autumn.  This is a great topic with lots of opportunities to learn and explore.  We will be looking at the different roles of police officers, firefighters, lifeguards, teachers, nurses, doctors, dentists etc and how they help us and the community we live in.  The children will have lots of opportunities to paint, create, build, write and enhance our ICT skills.  Thank you to all the parents who have so far volunteered to come in and talk to the children about their important jobs - this is always exciting and a great opportunity to develop questioning skills.  Keep a look out for all the fab photos.  

We will also be learning how to subtract, tell the time and all about the days of the week and months of the year as well as doing some super data collection. 

Our PE days will continue to be a Tuesday and Thursday this term.
