The Primary 7 children are going to be involved in The Heartstart emergency life support skills training course in school with Miss Nugent this term. They will learn the complete range of emergency life support skills.
STAGE 1 :: This stage develops practical skills that are best learned using a hands-on approach, e.g. the recovery position, and performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
STAGE 2 :: This stage looks at heart attack signs and symptoms, choking, and serious bleeding.
We look forward to training up our children on the useful emergency life support skills and hope they enjoy the course.
